We’re excited to share that our 100-Hour Yoga Training will span over 12 days, filled with immersive study and practice! On the 12th day, we’ll take a wonderful half-day trip to explore some beautiful local holy shrines and temples.

During your time with us, you’ll enjoy three delicious vegetarian meals each day, complete with refreshing fruits and green tea. We also recommend settling down for a good night’s sleep around 10 PM to help you make the most of your yoga journey.
